Consultancy services for Providing technical support as Project management consultant for the implementation of  79 water supply projects in various Town panchyats  under  CTP through AMRUT 2.0  Scheme

Site Engineer:

1. He will be handling all civil construction work including day to day monitoring of quality and quantity of works as per contract and liaise with concern Town Panchayath officials, Contactors for execution of work.
2. He shall be the in-charge of the construction supervision of Water Supply project and shall coordinate with all other experts of the construction projects and shall report to the Team Leader and central team as per the delegation established.
3. He shall be responsible for regulating the day-to-day construction process i.e. for being carried out under Stipulated specifications/manuals etc
4. Ensures the successful and timely execution of project tasks with following Occupational Health and Safety aspects.
5. Attending Govt. officials meeting for the respective projects.
6. MIS preparation & bills submission, M book entries, TWIC Billing, and collections for respective projects.
7. Reviews and approves project deliverables & Conducts project status reporting to concern TEAM LEADER / Central Team Support engineer.

 

Site Supervisor:

1. He will be handling all civil construction work including day to day monitoring of quality and quantity of works as per contract and liaise with concern Site engineers and Town Panchayath officials, Contactors for execution of work
2. To verify the works executed by quantifying the materials used, quantify the excavated materials, stacking and sending out from the project site
3. To maintain the measurement books of various works and will report to site engineer.
4. Ensures the successful and timely execution of project tasks with following Occupational Health and Safety aspects.
5. MIS preparation & bills (M book) submission, TWIC Billing, and collections for respective projects.
6. Project status reporting to concern TEAM LEADER and Site Engineer.

 

Data Entry Operator

1. He / She will be handling the admin & Data entry related activities
2. Preparing the reports as per instructions of site engineers and maintaining the staff attendance.
3. Letter correspondence for all departments
4. Project status reporting to concern TEAM LEADER and Site Engineers.

Request For Application for Empanelment of Contract / Finance / Legal / Technical Experts for the consultancy services for various projects in water and waste water sector

Tamilnadu Water Investment Company Limited (TWIC) is a JV Company, promoted by the Government of Tamilnadu invites applications from eligible and interested Consultants for Empanelment of Experts for consultancy services for various projects in water and waste water sectors. The qualification and experience for the Experts is given below:

Contract Specialist	Bachelor’s degree in one of the fields; accounting / business administration / economics / finance / law / any advanced degrees or certifications specific to contract writing	Minimum 10 years in preparing tender general conditions, special conditions, billing schedules and co-ordinating for other relevant inputs related to legal, financial and commercial issues and should familiar in GFR /FIDIC / IFC / World Bank Procurement guidelines. Experience in preferably in water/ wastewater sectors is preferable.
2.	Financial Experts	Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / C.A / MBA Finance or similar degree	Minimum 15 years experience in Policy and Procurement, Project Planning, structuring, financial modelling for Industrial Infrastructure projects, VFM analysis, Industrial rehabilitation etc., assisting  for Tendering – documentation, bid preparation, bid evaluation etc.,
3.	Legal Consultant – Transaction Advisory	Bachelor’s degree in law	Minimum 10 years in Transaction Advisory for EPC / DBO / PPP / HAM model contracts and have familiar with GFR /FIDIC / IFC / World Bank Procurement guidelines and Pollution related Acts / notifications.
4.	Legal Consultant – Legal frame works	Bachelor’s degree in law / ACS	Minimum 10 years in Legal frame works for Institutional setup, SPV formation, Project Structuring, Risk assessment of the Project. Have familiar with  Companies Acts, Rules & Regulations, Protocols and Coordination Mechanism, Standard Operating Procedures etc.,
5.	Hydrologist	A Graduate in Civil Engineering with Masters in Water Resources/ Hydrology	Minimum 10 years experience in Watershed Management/ catchment area management / Restoration of waterways assignments. Experience in MIKE / HEC-HMS / HEC-RAS.
6.	Hydrogeologist	Master’s degree in Geology, Environmental science, Geophysics, science or Engineering in Civil / Environmental	Minimum 10 years experience in ground investigation, subsurface water  and aquifer protection, developing conceptual site models etc.,
7.	GIS Expert	A Graduate in Urban planning / Remote Sensing / geo-informatics with GIS	Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in GIS applications
8.	Environment Specialist	Master’s Degree in Environment Engineering/Science	Minimum 10 years experience in Environmental  Assessment, Environmental Impact Assessment for Water bodies, Water and Wastewater projects and Resettlement & Rehabilitation  work
9.	Sociologist	Master’s Degree in Social work or equivalent qualification	Minimum 8 years experience in Social  Assessment, Social Impact Assessment for Water bodies, Water and Wastewater projects and Resettlement & Rehabilitation  work.
10.	Architect	Master’s  Degree in Architectural Engineering	Minimum of 10 years experience in preparation of landscaping for River / Lakes / waterbodies.
11.	Civil Structural Experts	A Graduate in Civil Engineering with Masters in Structural Engineering	Minimum of 10 years experience in the field of Structural design of water and waste water treatment plants.
12.	Piping Experts	A Graduate in Mechanical / Chemical  Engineering with Diploma in piping design engineering and construction	Minimum of 10 years experience in Design, Engineering, handling Piping design software such as SP3D, PDMS, CADWORX, SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, PDS, Micro station, E3D etc., in the field of Water & Wastewater / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Chemical Sectors.
13.	Electrical Expert	A Graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering	Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Design, Engineering for Industrial infrastructure / Water / Wastewater Projects and handling design software viz. MatLab, E-Tap etc., for Power system analysis and protection Co-ordination, Lightning Protection, Lighting Design,  Earthing System etc.,
