Technical and Commercial Feasibility for Development, Financing, Implementation and Operation of Zero Liquid Discharge Effluent Project for paper and Pulp effluent

TWIC had entered in to an agreement for Preparation of Technical and Commercial Feasibility report as a precursor for Development, Financing, Implementation and Operation of Zero Liquid Discharge Effluent Project for paper and Pulp effluent including Design, Implementation and Operation and Maintenance of a Pilot plant.
120 m3/d pilot plant was commissioned and trials were carried out for over an 8 months period and the same has now been completed successfully. The pilot plant was used to process Hardwood from bleaching effluent from the pulp mill. TWIC has now prepared a Detailed Project Report for implementation of a full scale Zero Liquid Discharge Project .The project developed is under joint patenting between TNPL & TWIC.
